Kearsty Busby, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and former ICU nurse with over 10 years of experience in critical care and family medicine. After years of caring for patients in high-acuity hospital settings, she became increasingly driven to create a better healthcare experience—one where people are truly known, supported, and cared for before small problems become major ones.
She founded Anchor Direct Primary Care to serve Greenville families through a more personal, relationship-based model that removes the barriers and frustrations of insurance-driven medicine. Her passion is helping patients feel heard, giving them the time they deserve, and focusing on proactive care that improves long-term health outcomes.
